I met Kelsey earlier this year while setting up a booth at The Historic Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens for a bridal crawl. I really enjoyed meeting other vendors and stepping outside my comfort zone and was even more excited to meet Kelsey and her mom as they walked through the venue. We had a great conversation discussing her wedding and how much she had planned already. When she emailed me a few weeks later, I was so excited to hear that our conversation turned into a booking! Fast forward to last Friday when I had the chance to meet her fiancé and snap a few photos of the two of them.
I loved walking around Turkey Run State Park with Mike and Kelsey. I learned that they met through mutual friends and both have pretty special jobs, if I do say so myself. Mike is an artist and makes a living painting churches and Kelsey works as a teacher in a private Catholic school.
They were both pretty quiet but I could see the subtleties of their relationship show through as the evening went on. All it would take was a look from Mike for Kelsey to smile. As they walked hand in hand, I could just see how truly excited they were to be planning their wedding. It will be a beautiful ceremony in downtown Indianapolis this fall and I can’t wait for the opportunity to witness these two get married!
