I am so excited to share Noah + Meredith’s wedding with you all on my blog! It was the final wedding I had during my maternity leave and it was absolutely breath-taking. Cait did an amazing job associate shooting it for me and I’m honestly so jealous that she got to be there in my place because wow was it a stunner! Every little detail was perfect, from the bride’s stunning dress and cathedral veil to the vibrant color-popping flowers, to the handsome formal wear all of the guys wore to the deliciously scrumptious-looking cakes. Did I mention there were three? Nothing was left out as far as exceptional planning and thoughtful details. And on top of all that, Laurel Hall was beautifully on display all day long, ending with the perfect golden sunset for the perfect day. It was a dream and I am so lucky to have been a part of it!
Things I loved about this wedding: the way that Meredith’s bridesmaids surrounded her with joy all day long and the sweet indoor ceremony that included a prayer gathering held by the bride and groom and both sets of parents as well as a song sung by elderly family members. Another favorite thing was the gorgeous looking (and if I was there I’m sure taste would be included) cakes at the reception. I mean I’ve never seen that many beautiful cakes at a reception! And on top of all that the sweet adoring looks held by the bride and groom all day long was something incredibly special to get on camera. Everything felt so specifically planned and purposeful which makes my photographer-heart happy. Even the family portraits and the reception speeches on the terrace felt memorable and so very important. I’m telling you, it was such a special wedding and I could hardly pick a favorite moment! I may not have been there physically, but getting to glance over and edit each image was just as good and an absolute honor.
