Riley Rhoads || Newborn

I love that I’ve had the privilege to document the Rhoads family as they have grown over the years. I photographed them first when they got engaged, then when they got married, and a maternity session this summer and now at their home with their precious baby girl. It’s not often that I have the opportunity to photograph a family that much but when I do, each and every session gets a little bit sweeter. It’s like I am there witnessing their growth, documenting it and helping them treasure these moments before they are gone. Life happens so quickly and in the blink of an eye yesterday, last month, last year is gone. That is the single most important reason why I do what I do and why I love not only photographing weddings but families as well.

Sarah has the best style, you guys. I couldn’t wait to see how she decorated the nursery and it is so stinking adorable! I mean the color, the pictures, the greenery, everything is cute and girlie but also super simple and effective. She even thrifted a lot of the items which is a double bonus if you ask me. Enjoy this sweet newborn session of Riley Rhoads as she is held and treasured by her loving parents.
