I first came in contact with David + Melissa a few months ago. It didn’t take long for me to realize how busy their lives were and how dedicated they were to their families, jobs, and students. Both work as teachers at a high school in Lafayette and are coaches which coincidentally was how they met. With so much in common, their relationship made easily made sense. A few short years later and they couldn’t possibly wait to make it official and decided to plan their wedding during their summer months off.
Having only a few months to plan their wedding, decisions were made quickly and as stressful as Melissa might say it was, everything turned out beautifully. The weather was calling for rain but ended up being sunny. We planned to go to Purdue’s campus for pictures and everything went as planned. They enjoyed a fun (short) reception with their students and team before their official reception and it was so sweet. With so much running around on their wedding day, it could have easily been hectic. However, with their intense planning and the grace of God, it all went so smoothly and we could not have been more thankful. Melissa + David, you two are incredibly genuine. Your wedding was wonderful and nothing makes us happier for our couples than to witness the start of their marriage with a faithful, Christ-centered ceremony surrounded with supportive family and friends.
