It was said at Saturday’s wedding that just days after Justin + Ellen started dating, Ellen called her best friend Emily and told her she was going to marry Justin. Emily thought it was a bit early to be announcing such things but Ellen went on to say she had already called her mother and told her the same thing. I guess it was a good premonition because just a few years later on Saturday, May 19th, Ellen did, in fact, marry Justin!
I love it when love stories go a bit like that. These two knew they were a match from a very early time and you can see it in the way they look at each other, in the way they act around each other, and even in the way their friends view them. I mean I’ve never seen a happier groom. Justin could hardly stop smiling all day! When two people have a love like that, it is no surprise that their wedding is going to be beautiful inside and out.
Everyone arrived at Ellen’s home to start the day. If you could have seen inside it you would have been as mesmerized as I was. It had a log cabin feel on the outside with a craftsman style on the inside. Not to mention how gorgeous the property was for photos! After the first look and bridal party photos, we all headed over to the church and experienced a sweet and sentimental ceremony followed by a fun reception at St. Bernard. It was such a joy to photograph your wedding, Justin + Ellen!
